Domino Data Lab in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to own customer engagements from contract through expansion. You will partner with account teams, direct the delivery pod, and ensure delivery excellence with clear milestones.

The role requires 4–8 years in enterprise customer‑facing roles, a life sciences background is a plus, and fluency across software architecture, predictive modeling, and AI governance.

Formación

• 4–8 years in an enterprise customer-facing discipline: implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product.
• Background in life sciences where reproducibility, auditability, and compliance are non‑negotiable is a meaningful advantage.
• Comfortable owning the what, not just the when: reshape a customer’s ask into the right solution.
• Move before the problem is fully formed: handle ambiguity as the starting point.
• Turn unstructured executive conversations into executable plans for model development, deployment, and governance.
• Know enough about how enterprise data science teams build, scale, and govern models to ask the right questions.
• Real delivery ownership across full cycles, not just coordination.
• Technically fluent across software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems.
• Solutions‑oriented by default with proactive AI-enabled improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer program end-to-end: from contract signature through expansion.
• Partner with account team to ensure engagements are scoped for delivery excellence.
• Direct the delivery pod for customer engagements and optimize capacity across milestones.
• Earn trust from C‑suite sponsors to data scientists in production.
• Lead solutioning conversations connecting Domino’s capabilities to customer outcomes.
• Drive adoption, enablement, and change management to ensure use of delivered solutions.
• Turn customer engagements into growth with successful expansion opportunities.
• Be the customer’s voice inside Domino, feeding feedback and commercial signals to the team.
