• 5+ years Python development in production applications.
• 3+ years designing and building production-grade REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of architecture, API integration, and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• AI Application Development: design and maintain enterprise AI apps using Python, LLMs, and enterprise APIs.
• RAG Pipeline Development: build and optimize ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and vector search pipelines.
• LLM Integration: connect LLMs with enterprise systems and internal knowledge sources.
• AI Performance Optimization: evaluate response quality, latency, and cost.
• AI Evaluation & Troubleshooting: resolve issues in model performance and retrieval quality.
• Deployment & Operations: deploy and monitor AI services across cloud/on-prem environments.
• Solution Architecture: lead architectural discussions for scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Code Reviews & Mentoring: review code and mentor engineers on AI delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with business teams to prioritize tasks and report progress.
• Documentation: maintain deployment runbooks and architecture specs.
