Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents that perceive their environment, reason, and take actions within enterprise settings.

You will collaborate with AI Architects, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to build scalable agentic solutions across supply chain optimization, automation, and enhanced customer/vendor experiences, shaping the future of AI at a global IT distributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on experience in software engineering and/or data science focusing on AI/ML systems.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of complex, scalable enterprise AI agents.
• Architect AI agent integration with ERP, CRM, SCM, and WMS systems.
• Drive experimentation, model lifecycle, and data-driven decisions for agentic systems.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in AI delivery.
