Job summary

KLA in Ann Arbor, Michigan seeks an experienced AI/Automation specialist to design and deliver AI agents and enterprise integrations across Microsoft and Google ecosystems. You will work with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and cross‑functional teams to extend copilots, build workflows, and connect SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Workday, and SharePoint ecosystems.

You will implement governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices while delivering scalable solutions that boost enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in software development, automation, or AI-enabled technology delivery.
Experience with enterprise AI/productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI; Google Workspace, Gemini).
Ability to gather business requirements and translate into tech solutions.
Knowledge of APIs, connectors, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents and business solutions using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Google Gemini.
Build and maintain AI extensions, plugins, actions, connectors, and workflows across approved platforms.
Configure and enhance Copilot, Cowork, Scout, SharePoint Agents, Teams Agents, and Google Gemini experiences.
Integrate AI solutions with SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Workday, Oracle, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs.
Implement enterprise integrations and AI-powered workflows aligned with architecture and standards.
