Job summary

KLA is seeking an experienced AI-enabled software professional in Ann Arbor, MI to design and implement AI agents and enterprise copilots. You will work across Microsoft and Google AI ecosystems, integrating with SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and more.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software/AI delivery, strong collaboration skills, and a track record of building production-ready AI solutions for business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software development, automation, or AI-enabled delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, Google Workspace AI, or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and business solutions using Copilot Studio, 365 Copilot extensibility, SharePoint Agents, Teams Agents, Azure AI, Google Gemini, and Google Workspace AI.
• Build and maintain AI extensions, plugins, skills, actions, and workflow automations across Microsoft and Google platforms.
• Configure and enhance Microsoft 365 Copilot, Cowork, Scout, SharePoint Agents, Teams Agents, and Google Gemini experiences.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Workday, Oracle, SharePoint, Dataverse, and APIs.
• Implement enterprise MCP integrations and AI-powered workflows aligned with architecture and governance.
