Job summary

Chatham Financial Company seeks an AI Solutions Architect to act as the technical authority within its AI Consulting Practice. You will ensure that solutions are architecturally sound and aligned with Onyx standards, while collaborating with consultants, engineers, and platform teams to move fast for clients.

You will design cloud-native applications on Azure using App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage, review designs, and help cross-team integrations with security and operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, software engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Experience designing cloud-native applications and services in Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Python and C#/.NET development to evaluate designs and support integrations.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and modern API-driven architectures.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, and secrets management practices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Ability to navigate governance processes and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for AI Consulting Practice solutions and ensure architectural soundness.
• Evaluate buy-versus-build decisions considering business requirements and long-term supportability.
• Define and steward integration standards between AI solutions and Onyx platform (APIs, authentication, access control).
• Align designs with Chatham’s technology strategy, security, and compliance requirements.
