Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading AI and machine learning solution sales, design, and deployment.
• 8+ years of experience leading technical teams, including onshore and offshore.
• 2+ years of experience architecting, building, and deploying ML/DL/Generative AI solutions in production.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and AI/ML tools/frameworks.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Develop account growth strategies, manage pipelines, support proposal development, and drive deal closure with client decision-makers.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align solutions with requirements.
• Oversee execution of AI-powered solutions including risk, ethics, and continuous improvement; mentor junior team members.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
