Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an AI Engineer for our client in Charlotte, NC. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) and focuses on enterprise AI solutions leveraging Copilot and Azure AI services. You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions within the AI & Automation Department.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software engineering/AI, plus hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and API integrations. Compensation ranges from $60 to $65 per hour, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of software engineering/AI/ML experience.
• 2+ years with Generative AI, LLMs and Copilot technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI services.
• Strong prompt engineering, API integration, and responsible AI practices.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, and Azure AI Studio.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, API integration, data analytics, and responsible AI practices.
