Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a highly talented AI Solution Architect to advance Gemini Enterprise integration across client environments, applying domain knowledge in FS / RCPG / LSH and Google Cloud AI tech. You will architect multi-agent systems, design the connective tissue that lets Gemini agents reason across private silos, and lead production code for integration with ERP systems.

A strong focus on governance, security, and auditable actions will be required as you work with stakeholders on

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building multi-agent systems and agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise platform and Google Cloud AI tech stack.
• Ability to deploy production code integrating Gemini with legacy systems and data stores.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer Persona and craft Day 1 agentic use cases for Gemini Enterprise.
• Design multi-agent architectures using the ADK with hierarchical delegation and self-reflection.
• Move from prototype to production code, integrating Gemini with SAP, Salesforce and other ERPs.
• Build RAG pipelines with Vertex AI Search and BigQuery for reliable enterprise data access.
• Implement governance and security to ensure auditable AI actions across environments.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop reusable Skills and modular agent components.
