AI Solution Architect

We are seeking an AI Solution Architect to design and deliver production‑ready AI integrations and agent workflows using Gemini Enterprise (Agentspace) and cloud‑native platforms. This role focuses on defining clear solution blueprints, connector architectures, and secure integration patterns to operationalize AI at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ingestion and action connectors, agent workflows, and integration patterns for enterprise AI platforms.
• Architect and document HLDs, LLDs, authentication flows, error handling frameworks, and non‑functional requirements.
• Lead design workshops to define schema mapping, data normalization, validation rules, and action specifications.
• Build secure, resilient microservices and APIs with structured logging, retries, idempotency, and performance optimization.
• Integrate multi‑agent pipelines, retrieval and embedding workflows, and context propagation mechanisms.
• Support delivery from design through development, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud engineering, or enterprise integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, API Gateway, Terraform, CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, embeddings, hybrid search, and agent frameworks.
• Experience building production‑grade microservices and secure service‑to‑service integrations.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and Agile/Scrum experience.
