Job summary
Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Central Program Manager (AISW Program Manager) to lead large-scale AI software initiatives across mobile, automotive, IoT, XR/AR, and more. The role requires strong embedded SW and AI background, plus the ability to drive planning, execution, and mass commercialization with product and engineering leadership.
The AISW PMO team emphasizes on-device AI, full-stack AI optimization, and delivering the Qualcomm AI Stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related field.
- 10+ years of software product development and program management in semiconductor/wireless.
- 2+ years AI/NN experience in a technical track.
- 2+ years Engineering Lead/Management experience with budgets and resources.
- 2+ years Program Management or related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver program alignment across multiple technologies.
- Plan scoping and scheduling with interdependencies and staffing constraints.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to commit plans.
- Establish risk management, tracking, and executive reporting.
- Develop program health indicators and a disciplined development process.
- Manage resources, headcount, and budget for AI SW departments.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to align requirements.
