Qualifikationen

• PhD studies in AI with emphasis on federated learning, CV, or multiscale attention for object detection
• GPA ≥ 3.0 and strong academic record
• Explainability tools research or coursework
• Data engineering and feature engineering experience
• Foundations in linear algebra, statistics, probability
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Familiarity with Git, cloud concepts, containers (Docker) and MLOps

• Contribute to design, development, and optimization of AI software across CV/ML/DL domains
• Assist in implementing and tuning models for performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal product teams and external partners on AI solutions
• Support system-level deployment for scalable AI solutions
