Job summary

Insight Global is recruiting for an AI-focused software engineer to design and build scalable, production-ready systems. The role involves architecting end-to-end AI solutions across LLMs, GraphRAG, and data ingestion, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive product strategy and implementation.

You will work with backend services in Java/Python/C#/Go and contribute to graph-based knowledge systems using Neo4j, AWS, and GCP in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or Go.
• Experience with LLMs, data ingestion, and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven applications from PoC to production.
• Architect end-to-end solutions around LLMs, GraphRAG, and data ingestion.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Create backend services with modern languages.
• Develop graph-based knowledge systems using Neo4j.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on AI opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for product development.
• Participate in architectural decisions and design reviews.
