You will work directly with customers to distill needs into technical solutions and drive product outcomes. You will mentor teammates and help shape the engineering culture as the company scales.

This role requires ownership, autonomy, and a willingness to work in-person, as the team collaborates closely with customers and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies.
• Strong product sense.
• High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture.
