Job summary
Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking an AI/Software Engineer to build AI systems used by engineers and operators across the company, spanning concept, design, implementation and production deployment. You will work with Python, React, TypeScript, Go, and cloud/on-prem stacks (AWS, Kubernetes) to create reliable, scalable software for Terran R and its factory.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related engineering field.
- Strong CS foundations: data structures, algorithms, systems, and clean, testable code.
- Hands-on experience building with large language models.
- Proficient in at least one language you love and eager to learn new ones.
- Curious, fast-learning, and motivated to work directly with engineers and operators on the factory floor.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered applications and agents across the full software development life cycle.
- Develop AI systems for engineers and operators and ensure reliability in production.
- Follow agile practices and ship quality software with continuous integration and deployment.
- Collaborate directly with users and stakeholder teams to define requirements and iterate.
