Job summary

Goodwin is seeking an AI Developer to join the Global Operations Team. You will design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications and agent-based systems that enhance business operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions using Python, C#, TypeScript, React, and Azure cloud services. The role emphasizes SDLC governance, testing, and secure, compliant AI usage, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building, testing, and supporting web applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React).
• Python or C# experience is a plus.
• Exposure to AI, ML, LLMs, or intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs or AI SDKs and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications and agent-based systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop components and integrations using TypeScript, Python, C#, and related frameworks.
• Configure and support AI solutions using Azure AI services and cloud tech.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering with orchestration tools.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with Vitest, Jest, Playwright.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience.
• Follow SDLC, security, and deployment standards.
• Create technical docs, deployment procedures, and support materials.
• Collaborate with security and stakeholders for compliant AI usage.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement.
