IT Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking an AI Software Engineer in New York. The role starts fully remote, with a move to hybrid in Q1 2027, requiring 3 days a week in the New York office.

You’ll build AI-powered features and agentic workflows for real users, collaborating with clinical and pharma services teams. Equity is offered along with a base salary of $125,000–$200,000. You’ll own features end-to-end, work with OpenAI/Claude tools, and ensure security/compliance while shipping impactful

Qualifications

• 2+ years as software engineer with full-stack shipping experience.
• Ability to engineer complex agentic products end-to-end.
• Experience with Claude/Claude Code or OpenAI models.
• Hands-on agent workflows, RAG or internal platforms.
• Experience building customer-facing software with reliability and compliance.
• Experience in a mid-to-late-stage startup or high-performing tech company.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• STEM degree from a strong university.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered features and agentic workflows for real users.
• Develop agentic search and document-drafting tools for clinical and pharma services teams.
• Collaborate with non-technical specialists to understand their processes and improve their experience.
• Build integrations between agents and existing systems, including legacy software.
• Help ensure products handle sensitive information reliably, securely and in line with compliance requirements.
• Use customer and expert feedback to improve how the products work.
