Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering experience or equivalent
• 5+ years technical leadership driving enterprise initiatives
• 5+ years hands‑on software engineering and DevOps experience
• Experience designing enterprise‑grade SDLC, DevSecOps, cloud, SaaS and on‑premises
• Experience with APIs, service integration, authentication and security controls
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and governance practices
• Experience establishing production readiness, observability and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and evolution of enterprise AI engineering capabilities across SaaS, cloud, desktop and on‑premises environments
• Design scalable, secure integration patterns for AI coding assistants and software agents
• Define MCP patterns, gateways, tools, APIs, and platform interoperability
• Provide hands‑on leadership for solution design and operationalization
• Establish reusable architecture patterns, standards, and guardrails
• Lead end‑to‑end design including authentication, network, and service integration
• Drive AI integration across SDLC phases and DevOps pipelines
• Enable integrations with Jira, Confluence and other collaboration tools
• Integrate AI capabilities with developer productivity platforms like GitHub and Sonar
• Guide production deployment, testing, monitoring, and post‑go‑live improvements
• Partner with DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and Release teams
