Job summary
AT&T is seeking an experienced AI-enabled Software Development Architect for a full-time onsite role in Dallas, TX. You will act as technical architect, advisor and AI engineering expert to help teams adopt AI-first practices, design production-grade AI solutions, and scale Agent365 and AI Gateway governance capabilities.
You will drive AI-driven development, optimize performance and cost, translate complex requirements into scalable architectures, and coach teams across software engineering,
Qualifications
- PhD, MSc, or Bachelor with substantial relevant experience as listed.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI technology stack.
- Deep technical knowledge of large language model inference.
- Experience designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML/agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and modern AI engineering practices.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable AI architectures.
- Experience optimizing AI solutions for performance, scalability, observability, and cost.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize agentic AI solutions for software engineering and developer productivity.
- Apply hands-on expertise with the NVIDIA technology stack to design and optimize enterprise AI solutions.
- Design and optimize LLM inference architectures for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Build and enhance AI-powered automation capabilities to enable engineering teams to develop and deliver software more efficiently.
- Support the evolution of Agent365, AI Gateway, and related enterprise AI governance capabilities.
- Develop solutions that improve AI platform performance, scalability, monitoring, governance, and cost efficiency.
- Translate complex requirements into scalable AI architectures.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine technical architecture and implementation approach.
