Your Mission

As our AI Social Media Manager, you’ll fuse cutting-edge AI smarts with killer content instincts to turn casual scrollers into raving fans—and customers. You’ll own the playbook end-to-end:

• AI-First Content Creation

  • Prompt-engineer scroll-stopping posts, captions, and threads with ChatGPT, Jasper, LatelyAI (or your secret weapon).

  • Craft brand-voice guidelines that make every caption unmistakably STERRY.

• Automated Publishing

  • Architect “set-and-forget” workflows in Zapier, Make, n8n, or Buffer/Hootsuite.

  • Ensure every post hits prime time—without you lifting a finger.

• Live Dashboards & Insights

  • Spin up self-updating Notion or Google Sheets dashboards (API, Apps Script, or automation tool) that track engagement, follower growth, and sentiment in real time.

  • Auto-generate AI summaries and “insight alerts” so you always know what’s working.

• ️ Community & Chatbot Magic

  • Prototype friendly chatbots (Slack, Discord, Messenger) that answer FAQs, surface UGC, and funnel hot leads to our team.

  • Monitor trends and sentiment—AI agents flag crises or viral moments before anyone else.

• Data-Driven Experimentation

  • Run automated A/B tests on copy, hashtags, posting times, and creative formats.

  • Let your bots compile results, then iterate on winners at warp speed.

• Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Sync with Content, Creative, and Paid Media squads to align on campaigns, launches, and brand voice.

  • Lead “AI Social Workshops” to upskill teammates on your automations and best practices.

What You Bring

• AI Mastery: 12+ months using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to create social content.

• Automation Pro: Hands-on experience building multi-step workflows in Zapier, Make (Integromat), and/or n8n.

• Dashboard Whiz: Built live, automated dashboards in Google Sheets, Notion, or similar (bonus for Apps Script or API skills).

• Platform Savvy: Deep knowledge of at least 2+ networks (e.g. IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).

• Content Strategy: You know how to plan calendars that drive both engagement and conversions.

• Collab & Communicate: You break down tech into simple steps and run killer training sessions.
