Job summary

Torq is hiring an AI SOC Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team. You will design and deliver AI-driven SOC automation for enterprise customers, turning their security operations into agent-assisted, automated workflows that cut analyst workload and MTTR.

You will work directly with SOC leaders and analysts, architect on the Torq platform, and show measurable outcomes within weeks of deployment. This role blends hands-on engineering with customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in a technical security role (SOC/IR/PSA).
• Hands-on SOC understanding: alert triage, investigation, incident lifecycle.
• Experience with one SIEM and one EDR/XDR.
• Automation and integration via Python/Bash/Go; REST APIs & JSON.
• Applied AI experience: LLMs, agentic AI, guardrails.
• Customer-facing excellence and ability to own accounts.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-driven SOC automation; build agentic workflows and AI agents to triage, enrich, investigate, and respond.
• Translate SOC processes into automated, agent-assisted workflows on Torq.
• Own technical delivery end-to-end for strategic accounts; architecture, build, validation, handoff.
• Engineer integrations across security stack: SIEM, EDR/XDR, IdP, ticketing, threat intel via REST APIs.
• Design, tune AI agent behavior; prompt engineering and guardrails for production reliability.
• Serve as trusted advisor to SOC leaders; run sessions and drive adoption across accounts.
• Shape offerings by feeding field learnings into product and services.
