Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a UEFI BIOS Firmware Program Manager for AI servers to drive the engineering development and deployment of firmware across products. This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring about two days per week in an HPE office in Texas, United States.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules and budgets, manage external partners, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Management or equivalent.
Typically 6–10 years experience in program management.
Experience in firmware, preferably UEFI or BMC firmware.

Responsibilities

Lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive firmware development and implementation.
Develop and direct schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans for the program.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure progress aligns with the plan.
Communicate program status, escalations, and risk analyses to stakeholders; drive corrective actions.
Foster innovation and integrate new technologies and quality initiatives into projects.
Provide mentorship to junior staff and guide cross-functional teams.
