Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a BMC Firmware Program Manager for AI Servers. This hybrid role requires an average of two days per week in an HPE office, with a focus on leading multi-functional teams through firmware development cycles and product deployment.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of program management experience in technical fields, preferably firmware (UEFI/BMC), and possesses strong communication and leadership skills. PMP/PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Management or equivalent.
• Typically 6-10 years experience in program management, preferably in technical firmware.
• Program management experience in a technical field, with firmware (UEFI or BMC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.
• Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and adjusts schedule as needed.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders and partners; recommends changes to budgets and roadmaps.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing/engineering organization.
