Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Grapevine, TX is seeking an AI Server Production Manager to lead repair operations, production planning, and performance management in an AI server repair environment. This is a full-time, direct-hire, onsite role with a salary range of $80K-$100K per year.

You will analyze operational data, monitor KPIs, drive corrective actions, and lead teams to achieve performance, quality, and productivity targets while ensuring customer SLAs are met through effective workforce planning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in PC/server/electronics repair or manufacturing service.
Experience managing repair operations, production teams, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily repair and production operations to meet quality, turnaround time (TAT), and productivity targets.
Review customer requirements, technician performance metrics, and operational KPIs, and coordinate resources to meet targets.
Generate, analyze, and present operational and management reports, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
Oversee production scheduling, workflow management, and capacity planning for efficiency.
Continuously evaluate and improve production line layouts, capacity, and processes.
Manage departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
