MISO is seeking an AI Senior Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team, transforming strategic opportunities into scaled, enterprise-grade AI and data initiatives. You will partner with executives to shape high-value projects aligned with Reliability Imperative and enterprise strategy.

You will guide teams through vision to MVP and scaling, embedding governance, cybersecurity, and DevOps practices while delivering measurable business impact across the grid and market operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, data science, or a related technical field; master's or advanced degree in AI, CS, or technology is required.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data/analytics, AI/ML engineering, integration architecture, or related tech disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise-scale tech capabilities, with 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and communicate across diverse stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, testing, observability, version control, security, and modern DevOps/MLOps practices.
