Job summary

Maganti IT Resources, LLC in Dallas seeks an experienced AI Cybersecurity Consultant to establish and streamline enterprise AI intake, triage, and governance. You will bridge Cybersecurity, AI engineering, data, and business teams to assess risk and enable secure AI adoption.

You will build and operationalize an AI triage agent for intake, classification, and routing, drive requirements for AI security initiatives, run POCs, and translate complex security needs into deliverables.

Qualifications

3–5+ years cross-functional consulting experience across technical and business problems.
Hands-on AI agent/workflow automation experience for process automation.
Expertise translating security requirements into Agile artifacts using Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
Strong AI cybersecurity knowledge with IAM domain exposure.
Experience developing evaluation frameworks and running vendor POCs.
Familiarity with SAFe and Agile delivery practices.
Able to summarize complex dependencies for management and executives.

Responsibilities

AI Intake & Triage Process Design across security, AI engineering, data, and business teams.
AI Agent Development: plan, prompt, test, and tune an AI triage agent for classification and routing.
Cross-Functional liaison between Cybersecurity and AI groups; clarify security expectations.
Lead discovery sessions to define functional/non-functional/security requirements and create artifacts.
Security tool evaluations; coordinate POC pilots and deliver recommendation dossiers.
Develop governance playbooks, SOPs, decision matrices, and executive summaries.
