Job summary

Deloitte France seeks an AI Security Senior Consultant to lead AI cybersecurity risk assessments, governance design, and policy development within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice. You will coordinate with Data, Infrastructure, Identity and Application Security teams to translate strategy into actionable requirements.

The role requires 4+ years in cybersecurity or tech consulting, familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles, and the ability to travel 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or technology consulting
• Experience with AI/ML systems, data governance, or emerging tech risk
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and risk management standards
• Ability to travel 25–50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state assessments of AI cybersecurity controls and risk management
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops with security, risk, data science, legal and business leaders
• Develop AI risk registers and control frameworks aligned to standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS)
• Translate strategic recommendations into roadmaps and coordinate with practitioners on implementation
• Draft governance artifacts, policy templates, and AI security awareness materials
• Own a workstream within engagements and support client demonstrations and pursuits
• Provide day-to-day guidance to consultants and ensure timely deliverables
• Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Build professional relationships and communicate clearly to peers and clients
• Travel as required up to 50%
