Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity, risk, or tech consulting with AI/ML exposure.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts including model development and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Familiarity with AI risk and security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act).
• Experience conducting risk assessments, gap analyses, or maturity assessments, and producing governance documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state assessments of AI cybersecurity controls and governance.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to surface AI risk concerns and gather requirements.
• Develop AI risk registers, control frameworks, and maturity assessments.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps and coordinate with security practitioners on implementation details.
• Draft governance artifacts and AI security awareness materials.
• Own a workstream within engagements and support client demonstrations and pursuits.
