Job summary

Deloitte in the United States seeks an AI Security Manager in the Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice to lead engagements focused on AI cybersecurity governance and risk management. You will translate business needs into governance frameworks and work with cross-functional teams to secure AI deployments.

Responsibilities include steering strategy-led programs, crafting reusable assets, and guiding practitioners on advisory quality. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity, risk mgmt, or technology consulting experience.
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks, risk operating models, or security strategy programs for enterprise clients.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and risks of generative AI and agentic systems; familiarity with standards/tools.
• Experience leading client-facing advisory or risk engagements and coordinating cross-functional workstreams across identity, data, infrastructure, security operations, and application security.
• Willingness to travel 25%-50% on average; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity strategy assessments, governance workshops, and risk operating model design for clients adopting AI.
• Translate business objectives, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite into AI governance frameworks and control models.
• Advise clients on AI security strategy decisions and review governance artifacts and risk assessments.
• Manage engagement scope, teams, milestones, quality, and client expectations across strategy-led AI security programs.
• Coordinate with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, Application Security, and Security Operations leaders to translate strategic recommendations into technical requirements.
• Shape solutions during pursuits through workshops, executive briefings, proposals, estimates, and delivery plans; develop reusable cyber strategy assets.
