Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management.
• 12+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or tech consulting.
• Experience advising on AI/ML risk at executive levels.
• Experience leading AI governance and security programs across domains.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, EU AI Act).
• Ability to travel 25–50% and manage multi-workstream programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk appetite.
• Lead multi-workstream AI security strategy projects from assessment to governance adoption.
• Define scalable cybersecurity patterns, taxonomies, and board reporting models.
• Provide strategic oversight across Data, Infrastructure, Identity, App Security, and SO.
• Lead pursuits and account growth through differentiated strategic solutions and workshops.
• Oversee client relationships, delivery quality, and satisfaction across AI security work.
• Build practice capability via offerings, alliances, accelerators, and future leaders.
