Job summary

BeyondTrust, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, AI Security, to lead the strategy and roadmap for AI-native security capabilities on the Pathfinder platform. You will translate threat research into actionable requirements and drive outcomes with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep security and AI knowledge, strong communication with CISOs, and collaboration across product marketing and engineering to launch secure AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of product management in cybersecurity or cloud security.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems architecture and agent-based workflows.
• Experience reading security research and CVEs.
• Knowledge of IAM/PAM/secrets management.
• Ability to engage with CISOs and security architects.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI security capabilities.
• Synthesize threat research and analyst coverage into product decisions.
• Collaborate with AI security team to define requirements for securing AI agents and MCP servers.
• Maintain understanding of agentic AI ecosystem, including LLM tool-calling and prompt injection.
• Define and maintain BeyondTrust’s framework for AI workload security.
