Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Security Engineering to own the strategy, architecture, development, and operation of the AI security platform. You will mentor a team of engineers while actively contributing to system design, code reviews, automation, and technical decisions.

You will partner with AI, platform, and cybersecurity teams to embed security across data ingestion, model development, deployment, and monitoring throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Cybersecurity/Engineering.
• 10+ years of software engineering, cybersecurity, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years securing AI/ML, generative AI, or data-driven platforms.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI security platform capabilities.
• Develop services, APIs, and workflows to automate AI risk detection and policy enforcement.
• Integrate security technologies into developer workflows.
• Support secure AI operations across model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing security engineering team.
• Define roadmaps and engineering best practices.
