Job summary

DeployCo is seeking an InfoSec Lead to build and lead our security function as we scale globally. You will own our security strategy and execution, protecting people, systems and data while helping teams deliver secure AI solutions for enterprise customers.

This hands-on leadership role establishes the foundations of our security programme, builds a high-performing team and partners with IT, Engineering, Delivery and Legal.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in information security with senior leadership responsibility in a tech or enterprise software business.
• Experience building or scaling a security function in a fast-growing organisation.
• Depth across cloud security, identity, data protection, application security and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Build and own DeployCo’s security strategy and operating model.
• Establish core security capabilities across cloud, identity, data protection, app security, vulnerability management, detection and incident response.
• Partner with Engineering and Delivery to embed security into the full lifecycle of deployments.
