EY in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Manager for AI Security to lead client engagements focused on AI risk assessments, AI-SPM, governance frameworks, and secure AI architecture.

You will oversee engagements, mentor teams, and guide governance design while staying ahead of regulatory developments like the EU AI Act and NIST frameworks, delivering actionable recommendations for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, information systems, or a related field with 5+ years of experience; 1–2 years in AI security if bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI governance, and CI/CD security.
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS) and ISO/NIST controls.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI security engagements, AI-SPM implementations, and governance design across industries.
• Guide executive stakeholders and translate technical findings into prioritized recommendations.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants; manage workstreams within budget and timelines.
• Drive business development, proposals, and cross-capability collaboration within EY.
