Job summary

EY's AI Security practice in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Manager to lead AI risk assessments, AI-SPM programs, and secure AI architecture for diverse clients. You will guide governance framework design, collaborate with CISOs and AI program owners, and embed security into development pipelines.

You will mentor Senior Consultants, manage budgets, and stay current with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and advancing AI security tooling, while contributing to business development and thought

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, AI governance, and model risk management.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS; knowledge of NIST CSF/ISO 27001 within AI contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security and governance engagements across industries, including AI risk postures and AI-SPM implementations.
• Design governance frameworks, policies, and controls for secure and responsible AI deployment.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and deliver high‑quality client service within timelines and budgets.
• Monitor AI threat landscape and regulatory developments (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and translate into actionable guidance.
• Support business development including proposals, client presentations, and account growth initiatives.
