Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking an experienced AI Security Engineer to join a global cybersecurity technology company expanding its AI and security capabilities. The role requires addressing threats across AI/ML technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will research threats, perform threat modeling, and develop AI security controls, while supporting the AI development lifecycle with input from Product, Engineering, R&D, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Practical experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML security risks, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
• Experience with security engineering, threat modeling, vulnerability research, or security operations.
• Programming/scripting in Python; Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities affecting AI/ML technologies.
• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and testing across AI/ML systems and applications.
• Develop security controls, detection capabilities, and mitigations for AI-driven environments.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and R&D teams to embed security throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Produce technical research, documentation, and recommendations around AI security.
