Job summary

Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.) in Plano, TX is seeking an AI Security DevSecOps Engineer to secure CI/CD pipelines and lead internal AI agent automation. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, embedding with development teams to implement guardrails across software and AI lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in DevSecOps, AI security, and MLOps, with strong scripting skills and familiarity with Snyk, Semgrep, and LangChain integrations. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
• 4–7 years in security engineering, AppSec, DevSecOps, or cloud security.
• Hands-on experience securing CI/CD pipelines with modern tooling (Snyk, Semgrep, Checkmarx, Trivy, Checkov).
• Strong Python or similar scripting proficiency; experience with LLM security risks and AI orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls across CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Develop policy-as-code enforcement using OPA, Sentinel, or Kyverno.
• Lead IaC security reviews across Terraform and CloudFormation (Checkov, tfsec, Bridgecrew).
• Drive software supply chain security initiatives (SBOMs, Sigstore/Cosign, artifact signing).
• Ensure API security is aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to threat model LLM-powered apps and pipelines.
