Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking an AI Security DevSecOps Engineer to secure CI/CD pipelines and AI lifecycles across multiple clouds. You will embed with development teams to implement guardrails, build internal AI agents, and advance threat modeling for LLM-powered applications.

The role involves developing policy-as-code, securing IaC reviews, and guiding secure AI deployment through MLOps platforms such as SageMaker or Kubeflow. Hybrid work with Plano, TX and Greenville, SC offices is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in CS/InfoSec/IT.
• 4–7 years of security engineering experience in AppSec/DevSecOps/cloud security.
• Hands-on experience securing CI/CD pipelines with modern tooling (Snyk/Semgrep/Checkmarx/Trivy/Checkov).
• Strong Python or equivalent scripting language.
• Knowledge of LLM security risks: prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, etc.
• Experience with AI orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and AI APIs.
• Cloud security across IAM, network, secrets management, and container/Kubernetes hardening.

Responsibilities

• Secure CI/CD pipelines and AI development lifecycles end-to-end.
• Build and orchestrate internal AI agents and automation workflows for security operations.
• Partner with AI/ML engineering to threat model LLM-powered apps and pipelines.
• Design secure-by-default patterns and reusable security templates for dev teams.
• Manage secrets and cloud security posture (IAM, network, vaults) across environments.
• Define security metrics and report program maturity to leadership.
