Job summary

Accenture Security is hiring a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with a client’s security and engineering teams, ensuring secure, governed AI systems in real, complex environments. You own outcomes—from reduced attack surface to production-safe AI deployments—using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as primary tools.

Role emphasizes hands-on security engineering, threat modeling, and governance across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity discipline depth in at least one area.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 3 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Support AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale: OWASP LLM Top 10 controls, prompt injection hardening, model extraction prevention.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack: IAM, data pipeline security, model serving security.
• Assist with AI governance framework implementation: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management in live production systems.
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO and CTO: risk-adjusted investment cases and roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns and accelerators across client engagements.
• Contribute to architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops with client teams.
