Job summary

Salesforce Enterprise Security is hiring an Enterprise Application Security Engineer for our Secure AI team. You will partner with business stakeholders and tech partners to assess and maintain the security of AI tooling deployed at scale, identifying threats and designing processes balancing security with business agility.

You'll lead security assessments of AI technologies, model threats, collaborate on secure development standards, and build tooling to enable secure AI use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a security engineering role including Application Security and penetration testing.
• Experience with large language models and agentic systems, building, evaluating, or securing them.
• Knowledge of AI security attack surfaces and model supply chain risks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments of emerging AI technologies, including architecture reviews and pentests, with remediation guidance.
• Threat model attacker methods to balance security with functional needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to drive secure SDLC and define technical security standards.
• Research new technologies and threats to support planning and process improvements.
• Build tools to enable secure use of AI at scale.
