Job summary

Cato Networks seeks an AI Security Professional Services Consultant to guide clients through AI security implementations, risk management, and secure data flows. You will lead end-to-end engagements, advise executives, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve security posture across complex enterprise environments.

The role requires deep experience in cyber security, AI/LLM risk, and API security, with strong communication and a consultative mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cyber security, risk management, and/or application development security with strong foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principals.
5+ years in a customer-facing role for a high-tech software vendor.
Proven track record leading enterprise consulting or professional services engagements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels and gaining a ‘Trusted Advisor’ status.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an innate ability to root cause issues.
Exposure to AI/LLM security threats and risk models.

Responsibilities

Maintain expert-level implementation proficiency of the Cato AI security solution and stay current with AI security landscape.
Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and partners using a consultative approach that builds trust.
Lead end-to-end engagements implementing Cato AI security for risk management, model security, and data protection.
Provide technical leadership in deploying Cato AI Security to secure data flows and API interactions.
Design secure AI architectures and governance aligned to standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act).
Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for executives and technical teams.
Serve as SME on AI and LLM security across the customer base.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, solution playbooks and enablement materials.
Collaborate with product, support, and engineering to influence roadmap based on field feedback.
Support pre-sales and scoping discussions for new engagements.
Identify opportunities to expand AI security services with customers.
Synthesize field experiences into repeatable best practices with other Cato teams.
Operate with minimal oversight and escalate as needed.
