Job summary

You will partner with operations, engineering, and commercial leaders to translate business problems into scalable software solutions, while setting standards for design, delivery, and support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years IT experience with leadership experience.
- Strong vendor management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to translate technology trends into business solutions.
- Experience partnering with IT and business leaders on roadmaps.
- Cloud/SaaS implementation or support knowledge preferred.
- Experience in energy or utility industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team behind the software the business runs on.
- Partner with operations, engineering, and commercial leaders to deliver software solutions.
- Set design, delivery, and support standards.
- Grow careers and shape the technology roadmap.
- Drive delivery from concept through production.
- Advise on priorities and technical problem-solving across IT.
