You will lead messaging, campaigns, and adoption programs while collaborating across product, IT, legal, commercial, and digital teams to ensure successful market entry and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in life sciences marketing, market development, product marketing, or related roles.
• Strong scientific fluency in molecular biology or related fields.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and launch plans in life sciences or digital platforms.
• Ability to translate academic workflows into customer messaging and sales enablement assets.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing workstream for a pre-launch AI-enabled scientific platform, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Support go-to-market planning with senior marketing leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and audience narratives for academic and translational scientists.
• Create and execute marketing programs driving awareness, registered users, active users, and platform engagement.
• Translate scientific workflows into compelling customer-facing messaging and content.
• Engage subject matter experts to validate platform outputs and relevance.
• Contribute to knowledgebase strategy by organizing content across scientific, product, and publication areas.
• Use platform analytics and customer insights to optimize adoption programs and identify growth opportunities.
