Qualifications
- Advanced degree in CS/Engineering/Life Sciences preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex client projects in Life Sciences R&D.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI architectures and production deployments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver proofs of concept (PoCs) demonstrating value of Generative AI solutions.
- Stay current with Generative AI/ML advancements and apply to business challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders in client engagements.
- Apply consulting principles to tailor AI solutions to customer needs.
- Collaborate with clients to address business challenges using Generative AI.
- Lead engagements as primary client contact.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to build, deploy, and scale AI/ML solutions.
