Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a High-Performance Storage Architect to join our Infrastructure Specialists team. You’ll deploy and validate storage infrastructure within AI Factory Linux environments and serve as the domain expert during customer planning and implementation.

You’ll craft documentation, perform knowledge transfers, and relay feedback to engineering by reporting issues and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience providing in-depth storage deployment, support, and validation services.
Strong storage concepts including SDS, NFS, S3, NVMeoF, Lustre, GPFS, and RDMA.
Experience with storage benchmarking tools such as FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL tests, and MLPerf storage.
Proficiency in Linux system administration, performance reporting/optimization/logging, and networking/tuning.
Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or CE or equivalent experience.
Scripting in Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer issue resolution abilities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Deploying, managing, and validating High-Performance Storage infrastructure within AI Factory Linux-based environments.
Acting as the domain expert during customer planning calls through implementation phases.
Crafting and handing over documentation and performing knowledge transfers to support customers.
Providing feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
