Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a High-Performance Storage Architect to join our Infrastructure Specialists team in Santa Clara, CA. You will deploy and validate AI Factory storage infra, act as domain expert during customer engagements, and hand over thorough documentation and knowledge transfers.

A strong Linux background and storage benchmarking experience are essential, with travel up to 20% regionally. Base salaries range by level, with Level 3 offering 124k–195.5k USD and Level 4 148k–235.75k USD;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of storage support, deployment, and validation for storage products.
• Strong storage concepts knowledge including SDS, NFS, S3, NVMeoF, Lustre, GPFS, or RMDA.
• Experience with storage benchmarking tools (FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL tests).
• Proficient in Linux admin, performance logging, and advanced networking tuning.
• Four-year degree in CS/EE or equivalent experience; scripting ability in Bash/Python/Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and validate high‑performance storage infrastructure in AI Factory Linux environments.
• Serve as domain expert during customer planning calls through implementation.
• Create and hand over documentation; perform knowledge transfers to support teams.
• Provide feedback to internal teams by logging bugs and proposing improvements.
