Qualifications

• 8+ years of storage deployment and validation experience.
• Deep understanding of SDS, NFS, S3, NVMeoF, Lustre, GPFS, and RDMA.
• Experience with storage benchmarking tools: FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL tests, MLPerf storage.
• Proficient Linux administration, performance reporting, and advanced networking.
• Four-year degree in CS/EE or equivalent.
• Bash, Python, Ansible scripting.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Deploying, managing, and validating High-Performance Storage infrastructure within AI Factory Linux-based environments.
• Acting as the domain expert during customer planning calls through implementation phases.
• Crafting and handing over documentation and performing knowledge transfers to support customers.
• Providing feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
