Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee large-scale cabling infrastructure deployments for AI and hyperscale data centers across the United States. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with clients, project teams, leadership, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure safe, accurate deployments with strong QA/QC and turnover processes. Travel up to ~50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience for data centers or related IT infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and locations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk logs.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, and resolve deployment issues; manage RFIs and change orders.
• Lead meetings and ensure field work meets project requirements.
