Job summary

Centiment, based in Denver, is hiring an Account Manager to own research projects end-to-end—from scoping and feasibility to pricing, execution, and delivery. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound prospects and guide them to a successful launch.

You will expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients, advise on survey design and audience targeting, and help clients maximize Centiment’s AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Own research projects end-to-end: scoping, feasibility, pricing, execution, and delivery
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound prospects and guide them to a successful launch
• Expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Advise clients on survey design, audience targeting, and how to get the most from Centiment’s AI-powered tools
• Coordinate data collection and quality control across the Centiment Survey Platform and third-party tools
