Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Sr. Advisor for AI & Sales Intelligence to lead AI, analytics, and sales intelligence within Specialty Payer Sales & Account Management.

You will design AI-powered tools, dashboards, and automated reporting to enable faster, data-driven decisions at the leadership level. You will partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to ensure practical, impactful data solutions, deliver ROI analyses, and drive adoption across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, analytics, data science, finance, information systems, healthcare administration, or related field.
Experience developing dashboards, automated reporting, BI solutions, or AI-enabled tools.
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Copilot or similar analytics platforms.
Experience analyzing business performance, financial metrics, profitability trends, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI-powered tools, Copilot solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows.
Serve as the SME for AI, sales intelligence, and advanced analytics.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and predictive analytics to improve business performance.
Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions.
